Detailed Step 1 - Print your USPS Priority Mail Label

Print out a courtesy USPS Priority Mail label.  It's FAST, its FREE* & its insured*!

Your USPS Priority Mail label was immediately generated after you clicked on the 'Get Label' button on our ship.kineticrepair.com website.  Don't have your label yet?  Check the email address you specified when you created the label request, and look for an email in your inbox with 'Your Courtesy Mailing Label Request' in the subject line.  Follow the instructions in this email to print the label. 

Still having problems, visit ship.kineticrepair.com and resubmit your label request.  Then print it out!

Detailed Step 2 - Download & Complete The Shipping & Repair Authorization Form

This form can be downloaded at the link below.  Print the form, complete the left-hand side of the form, and enclose with your watch.

Detailed Step 3 - Package & Mail your Watch

A.  Protect your Watch:

Place the completed shipping/repair form and your watch in a zip-lock bag, and then WRAP your watch in bubble wrap. 

• Do NOT place tape directly on the watch.  
• Do NOT send more than one watch in ONE box.  
• DO NOT SEND THE WATCH IN ITS ORIGINAL WATCH CASE/GIFT/BOX, as it offers NO protection and may encourage postal theft.  We have no place to store these boxes during your repair, and they are discarded.   

B.  Boxing your Watch: 

You may use any box; however, the post office has FREE priority mail boxes. 

• DO NOT USE A PADDED ENVELOPE. 
  
• Fill the box FULL of packing material (bubble wrap, paper or foam peanuts). 
  
• Be sure to adequately pad your watch inside the box to give it extra protection. 

C.  Mail your watch at any United States Post Office: 

• BEFORE you arrive at the post office - Be sure you have completed a copy of the shipping/repair authorization form - Step 2 (above).   
  
• AFTER you arrive at the post office - If you specified an insurance value when you completed your shipping label request, then you MUST have a USPS acceptance employee (window clerk) DATE STAMP & INITIAL your 'merchandise return mailing acknowledgment.'  If you do NOT do this, then any insurance amount you requested will be void!
