Intermediate-level service includes lubrication of pusher and crown gaskets. These are tasks that the
"competition" may not perform on your watch, as they lack the training and expertise to do it properly.

NOTICE: If your 3M2X, 5M4X or 5M6X series movement needs to be replaced, the complete service level WILL normally replace the movement with a genuine new Seiko movement on most models.
Intermediate and full service involve complete disassembly, cleaning,
reassembly and electronic verification of your movement. This photo

Oiling of the charging train, and proper torque of the oscillating rotor are also critical to a
precision repair of your Seiko Kinetic watch. Why risk having it done wrong?
KINETIC CHRONOGRAPH SERVICE
Kinetic Sportura and Arctura chronograph watches do not fall within our three-tiered spectrum of service due to the additional complication of the watch's chronograph parts, and the typical need to also service the chronograph pushers (buttons), and reset and/or replace the chronograph hands. These watches require an estimate for repairs with costs ranging from a minimum of $179.95. The only way to know the exact cost is to send the watch in for an estimate, which you may do at the link below.

$119.95* - INTERMEDIATE KINETIC SERVICE (factory-level):
- Ultrasonic cleaning of the complete watch case and band.
- Replacement of original capacitor and components (one-year guaranty).
- Detailed anaylsis of movement utilizing Seiko diagnostic equipment to include a charging test, two coil reistance tests and a power consumption test.
- Overhaul of movement, including disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, oiling and re-verification of functions.
- Replacement of case back gasket.
- Lubrication of ALL O-rings (case back, crown/stem and power reserve pusher).
- Factory charging on Seiko equipment.
- Digital timing check for quartz accuracy.
- Pressure testing to factory specifications.
- Replacement of spring bars if necessary.
- Limited warranty for 1 & 1/2 years (18 months!).
