To purchase a replacement crystal, simply indicate your desire to have a new crystal installed on the shipping form when sending in your watch for intermediate-level service, and we will conact you for the additional payment.
If you are interested in a new and/or replacement bracelet for your Seiko, please indicate this when you purchase our kinetic repair estimate. If you have an older Seiko and need to know if it can be repaired, use the Ask the Watchmaker Form, an electronic inquiry sent from our secure web site.
*NOTES: Crystal and band/bracelet replacement is ONLY available on kinetic watches sent in for intermediate service or higher. Basic service is ineligible for crystal and/or bracelet replacement. The actual cost for the crystal will depend on damage to the watch, and may be higher than the price quoted on this page (example - fractured crystals with tiny glass shards that may have migrated into the movement and/or damaged your dial). Some Seiko models may also have specialized crystals that may be higher in price that those quoted here.
