How to Mail Us Your Seiko Kinetic Watch

Step 2 - Package & Box Your Watch

        Start with a zip lock bag, and then find some padding such as bubble wrap, peanut foam or paper.
   The post office has free priority mail BOXES to BOX your watch with.  Do NOT send your watch's 'gift' box!

Step 3 - Mail your watch via USPS (United States POSTAL Service).   
  • MAIL your watch via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Remember to INSURE your watch, and request either delivery or signature confirmation/tracking if you desire to know when we have received it. You can print postage directly from your home utilizing the United States Postal Service (click HERE for the USPS website to print your label).  We do NOT recommend UPS* (see note below). 
  • TRACK your watch using delivery confirmation to determine when we have received it.  
  • MONITOR your EMAIL for our written repair quote.  We will send the quote in 3-5 business days.

*COVID-19 Update - We are currently OPEN and receiving mail-in repairs with no current associated issues or delays due to the COVID-19 virus.  This means it is OKAY to send us your watch now.

* UPS Notice - We do NOT recommend you send us ANYTHING via UPS as they leave packages without requiring a signature even when a signature is required.  UPS does NOT pay insurance claims on lost watches, and UPS loses more packages than any other shipping company in the world.
